Project located on the first line of the river, it is proposed to carry out the design of a steel structure residential building. The entire volume is made up of terraces located on its three main elevations offering views of the River Thames from any bedroom and living room. All the floors remain with the same surface and organization, but in each of them, a space is freed to be able to establish different common areas offering a wide variety of uses to all residents and thus generating a more pleasant atmosphere among them.
